EIFEL-HAUS is a family-owned enterprise, founded at the beginning of the seventies as a firm of building contractors specialized in shells, carpentry and roofing.
In 1977, the company owners recognised the mood of the times: they passed from a classical building firm to turnkey planning and building.
With more than 40 years of experience in building, the EIFEL-HAUS group has become a regional and supraregional firm of builders for turnkey buildings of any kind.
Today EIFEL-HAUS is a well-known trade name, especially in Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, North Rhine-Westphalia and in Luxembourg, and it is appreciated for competent and reliable building of lasting value.
In the course of the nineties, EIFEL-HAUS started the development of another landmark: low-energy houses, passive houses and energy-plus-houses, according to today’s technology. For many years, business and industrial buildings, retirement homes, hotels, office buildings, banks and farms have been part of the range of services offered by EIFEL-HAUS.
In close collaboration with local authorities, EIFEL-HAUS also develops new residential zones and larger housing areas.
The future of the family-owned enterprise is secured: the new generation has already taken over.
